NEEDLESS TO SAY, the latter is definitely easier to work with and I'd wonder if she could get her limbs back should they get locked in a cage or caught in a net (idfk).

My main concern with the primary portion is it's incredibly OP (at least in my eyes) unless constricted to a time limit or falling victim to something other than she ends up sleeping a lot. How long can she go at 100%? Can she do the same stuff at 50% as she could at 100%, just varying levels of power? That sort of idea. There could be a lot of fun flexibility with it, but it's a bit much to kick off.

Yeah, I totally understand and that's why I'm prepared to change it! For her limb-based ability, I was thinking that it would basically be like all her various body parts were connected with an intangible string, so once they reached a certain distance one couldn't move any farther in that direction without everything else getting pulled with it. So if one of her limbs got stuck somewhere, she'd basically be stuck too until someone lets her out, albeit some distance away.

On the other hand, the regeneration could very easily be restricted to, say, repairing one near-fatal injury before her reserves of energy hit their limit and anything further would make her conk out. I could also ditch the voluntary aspect altogether and have her just be a tank that needs to rely on her own level of physical fitness otherwise.
