HERO/VILLAIN ALIAS: Junkrat (of course!)
OCCUPATION: Villain
PERSONALITY:
Smart, but not in an obvious way (He can build pretty much anything, make a bomb out of anything....)
Does 'loud' count as a personality trait because he is that, very much so.
Tempermental!! He has a hair trigger!
Does NOT like to be looked down on or underestimated
Just fucking loves garbage (big time scavenger, likes to make stuff out of things people threw away)
Proud!! He's proud of what he can do!! (blow things up really good)
Smells
Pretty much lacking in 90% of basic social skills.
Just likes causing chaos there is no other reason for why he does the shit he does.
Will steal anything he can get his dirty little fingers on (also throws away half of what he steals)
Overly-familiar with people in just the worst way.
He's just totally obsessed with causing the biggest explosions possible, I mean that's it.

HISTORY:
Grew up in Australia (of course)
Orphaned in a large-scale villain attack, by a villain with some type of explosion/fire quirk which obviously left a big ol' impression. Probably where he figured out his own quirk.
Went in and out of foster homes/orphanages, got shuffled around a lot until he aged out of the system.
Taught himself how to make the cool explosions that he likes and subsequently:
He has done a lot of Crimes.
Been to jail but broke out, currently on the run/globetrotting!

QUIRK:
Phlogistic
Junkrat tends to catch on fire. That's not his quirk, that just happens when you mess around with volatile chemicals. Where his quirk comes in, is that fire just doesn't phase him. A fire can burn on his skin/hair without ever burning him or hurting him. He's just immune to fire, including fire created by other people's quirks.

He can't like, control fire or wield it or anything, he just can't be burnt up. He can definitely feel heat, but can tolerate much higher temperatures than other people. Usually he's on fire in some way. It makes him easy to find in a crowd...
COSTUME: He just wears a lot of bombs, I don't know what to tell you.

There's something much more awesome that he just... can deal with fire. NOT DO ANYTHING WITH IT... just doesn't die. LMFAO GOD I like this.
